We offer a range of appointment types. You may be offered a phone triage appointment so we can decide which is the most appropriate way to help you. A triage call is NOT a consultation. Phone triage is a quick call from one of our GPs, and helps us to prioritise the urgency of your need. Your request may be able to be managed within this call; if not, you may be offered a longer consultation. This may be a phone or video consultation, or in person at the practice. The GP will make this next appointment time for you; this may be with a different GP from our practice. There is no charge for a phone triage call if you are rebooked to a longer appointment time.
